Hacienda Kass is a visually stunning representation of the traditional Mexican Hacienda-style architecture, the only one of its kind on Soliman Bay.

This spacious home, tastefully decorated, is a perfect combination
for those looking for style, function, privacy and comfort on the beach.
The décor, from the formal couches to the luxurious beds and leather chairs,
were custom made or hand carved in Mexico.

Upon entering the main living room, enjoy the 46” Satellite TV with DVD.
The deluxe Surround Sound and IPod system with Bose speakers play
throughout the first floor and outside by the pool.

Our live-in staff is available for your every need, and arrangements can be made
for day-trips and dining excursions to the best spots in the Riviera Maya.....
All you need do is ask.

Your own private Personal Chef Service is included in your stay.
Upon request a waiter and bartender can also be made available.

Full time chef for 3 meals a day, food cost to be paid by guests

Security Deposit:	$500

Reservations and Deposits:	Upon confirmation of availability, we email our rental agreement and the security deposit voucher to you that is to be faxed back to us with payment information. The 50% reservation deposit is due within 48 hours with balance due 91 days prior to arrival. HOLIDAY (Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Years) reservations require the balance 180 days prior to arrival.

Cancellation:	With this local reservations manager all payments are non-refundable unless the manager re-rents the villa for the same dates and at the same rates, less a $200 fee. Cancellation notification must be received by fax or e-mail no later than 32 days prior to your arrival date. Cancellation 31 days or less prior to arrival are totally non-refundable.

Reschedule:	You may reschedule up to 32 days prior to your arrival date, with the same property and same number of nights, for travel within one year of the original check-in date, subject to a $50 rescheduling fee and subject to any price increases. HOLIDAY (Thanksgiving, Christmas, New years) may not be rescheduled.

Change in number of guests:	A change in number of guests must be received prior to final payment and is subject to any applicable rent increases and a $50 fee.

Travel Insurance:	Travel Insurance is available for a 7% premium.

The 17-foot brick dome ceilings in each room were designed and constructed by fifth generation Mexican masons.

The beachfront patio is a perfect place to entertain; the spacious infinity pool is surrounded by chaise lounges and an outdoor dining area.

Each of the four master bedroom suites offers breathtaking views of the bay, and the fifth rooftop bedroom opens to a spacious observation area at the highest point in Soliman Bay. The bay itself offers many recreational activities, from snorkeling ventures to the numerous reefs in the bay to kayaking.
