Akumal's Yalku Lagoon
Yalku Lagoon is world reknown for exotic freshwater snorkeling.
The lagoon is located at the north end of Half Moon Bay in north Akumal,
about 2 miles north of Akumal Bay on the coast road.
The water is clear. Most of the lagoon homes are upscale.
Access is free if you are staying in one of the villas facing the lagoon.
There is an admission charge if you are not staying on the lagoon. |
